About The Project
YVR6 is an Amazon custom automated robotic sortation facility to meet Canada’s rapidly growing e-commerce demands. Now a critical piece of infrastructure, the YVR6 development spans over 1,000,000 SF, including a 2-level sortation system, office space, and a 3-storey parkade.
Division 15 executed complete 3D modelling of Storm sanitary and domestic water system above and below ground sleeve drawings and hanger locations drawings.
Multi-directional settlement joints were used to accommodate potential ground settlement due to the unique soil conditions in the area.
