About The Project
This project is a 6-storey office base building, with 3-storey underground parking space, located in the fast-developing area of City of Vancouver. This building provides domestic water plumbing & drainage, heating & cooling, and energy recovery through air ventilation to the potential tenants. Integrated with in-house Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, the construction quality and efficiency is enhanced by the clash detection, sleeves & hangers layout and mechanical room LOD 1400 design through BIM collaboration.
