About The Project
We were proud to earn a 2015 VRCA Silver Award of Excellence for mechanical solutions on this 104,000 sq. ft. emergency vehicle storage and post disaster office building. The plumbing system consisted of conventional plumbing and a rain harvesting system. A special hydronics systems included: solar system, geothermal system, radiant in-floor heating, chilled beams and hi-efficiency boilers. The fire protection included an AFFR (foam) system.
