About The Project
This project is being built to LEED ® Gold Core & Shell certification standards, and includes a nine-storey office tower and two-level below grade parkade. Division 15's scope of work includes demolishing and replacing AHU and chillers in the existing adjacent building and demolishing and re-routing plumbing, HVAC, heat trace, gas, controls, and sprinklers. Additional scope includes supply and installation of the storm drainage system and sanitary system including pumps, domestic water, distribution system, HVAC system, fire protection system, natural gas distribution, fuel oil distribution, steam distribution, plumbing fixtures and drains, pipe insulation, and refrigeration.
