About The Project
This project consists of a 34 story office tower, with seven levels of below grade parkade. Vancouver Centre is targeting LEED® Platinum certification. The office space utilizes a radiant heating and cooling ceiling system, which has been integrated into the architectural ceiling design to provide the highest level of thermal comfort in the office space. In this system, active radiant ceiling panels will be used throughout, with cooling only in the centre and heating and cooling in the exterior zones.
