About The Project
This project received the 2017 VRCA Silver Award of Excellence. The design-build, eight-storey LEED® Gold facility included mechanical design that utilized a rooftop heat pump, heat recovery units, active chilled beams and fan coils to provide heating and cooling to the 130,000 sq. ft. mixed office and patient areas.
