About The Project
The design assist GMP delivery model of this LEED ® Gold project brings maximum value to the project owner. The project included a complete reconstruction of the existing shell & core structure (606,080 sq ft), being repurposed to house future mall CRUs, Nordstrom department store anchor tenant space, and prime office space. We were proud to earn a 2016 VRCA Awards of Excellence Silver Award for this project.
Division 15's scope of work included all new mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and controls. The project also consisted of modern energy efficient heating & cooling design, including steam heating from a local utility company combined with efficient chillers, cooling towers, perimeter radiation, VAV and FCU.
