About The Project
Tower B is a thirteen-storey office building comprised of 128,000 sq. ft of office space and 83,000 sq. ft of retail space. A Toyota dealership is located on the first three levels and there are an additional five levels below grade. The energy efficient mechanical design includes reduced water use plumbing fixtures, mechanical equipment with optimized energy performance, and an enhanced commissioning process. The building is targeting LEED ® Gold project certification.
