About The Project
AbCellera 150 is a 170,000sq. ft, seven story office and lab facility which marks the first phase of AbCellera’s global headquarters expansion in the heart of Vancouver.
The mechanical scope included the Tenant Improvement fit-out works for plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and lab gases.
Complete above ground sanitary system, domestic hot and cold water supply, cooling and heating achieved by a mix of VRF and Energy Recovery systems, Di-ionized water supply to labs and lab gases including Nitrogen, CO2 and Compressed air.
